How much experience do you have in exports and product development?
We have been engaged in the export of household products since the 1980s—over 40 years of experience. In addition to our operations in Japan, we also collaborate with local factories and partners in China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Sri Lanka, allowing us to deliver high‑quality and cost‑competitive products.
Do you have any overseas branches?
No, we do not have overseas branches. Our only business location is in Kainan City, Wakayama, Japan. However, we support web meetings, phone/email communication, and—depending on country and timing—can arrange in‑person meetings. We are available via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, LinkedIn, and other channels—feel free to contact us.
Do you exhibit at trade shows?
Yes, we occasionally participate in domestic and international trade fairs, such as the Tokyo International Gift Show and Ambiente Frankfurt. Please check our website or social media for the latest exhibition updates.
Can I customize the products?
Yes, you can customize the shape, color, material, and packaging according to your requirements. We also accept design files and can support product prototyping.
Do you offer eco‑friendly or sustainable products?
Yes, we offer environmentally conscious products, such as 100% biodegradable cellulose sponges made with bamboo rayon. OEM production is also available. Please contact us for further details.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and specifications, but in general we can accommodate orders starting from one case (several dozen to several hundred units). For better pricing, we recommend LCL (1PP), 20FT, or 40FTHQ ocean shipments. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you handle overseas exports?
Yes, we have extensive export experience, mainly to Asia, North America, and Europe. As of 2025, we have local agents in the U.S., China, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. We support various trade terms including FOB and CIF, and can provide the necessary export documentation. We welcome inquiries from potential distributors.
